Listomani Privacy Policy

In short

Listomani stores your data so you can keep your lists and shopping plans. We do not sell your data or use the contents of your lists for advertising.

What we collect

• Account details: your e-mail address, username and display name; if you sign in with Apple or Google, the name and e-mail these services share.
• Content you create: spaces, lists, items, notes, price records, product links, saved products, favorites.
• Space memberships, invites and join requests; activity in spaces (e.g. "item added") and notifications.
• Reports you make and people you block.
• If you use the app as a guest, your account is created without an e-mail, only with the session on this device.

How we use it

• To run the app: show your lists, share them with space members, calculate budgets and prices.
• To read the name, image and price from the product links you add and to update those prices automatically.
• To send verification and password reset e-mails.

Who can see it

• The members of a space see its lists and items. Only you see your personal space and saved products.
• Lists you share as PDF go to the people you choose through the app you pick; this gives them no access.

Service providers

• Supabase: database, authentication and server functions.
• Apple and Google: if you sign in with them.
• An e-mail delivery service: for verification and password reset e-mails.
• Anthropic (Claude): in Recipe import, the recipe text you paste or the text of the page you link is sent to extract the ingredients; your lists and account details are not sent.
• Expo: your device's notification token is used to deliver notifications to your phone.
• Exchange rates come from a public source; no personal data is shared for this.

Keeping and deleting

Your data is kept while your account exists. Account → Edit profile → the trash icon at the top right removes your account and personal data for good. Items you added in shared spaces stay for the other members; your name no longer shows in the activity.

Your rights

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and similar laws you may access, correct and delete your data. Most of this you can do in the app (edit profile, delete account). For other requests, write to us.
